David A. Trinh

Mr. Trinh was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States as a young child. He was raised in San Jose, California where he attended San Jose State University. At San Jose State University he was a Dean Scholar and received his B.S. in Finance. He later earned his J.D. from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Mr. Trinh is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and has extensive experiences with property management and leasing contracts. Mr. Trinh’s practice focuses in the areas of Bankruptcy, Real Estate and general litigation (including in personal injury), family law and immigration.

Prior to joining Tsao-Wu, Chow & Yee, LLP, Mr. Trinh worked with several law firms in San Jose and Sacramento.

Mr. Trinh is licensed to practice in the State of California, including the Federal Northern District of California as well as all California State Courts.
