Nancy Weng

Nancy Weng received her B.S. from the University of Houston and J.D. from Golden Gate University, where she was on the Dean's List and received top honors in Torts and Constitutional Law. While in law school, Ms. Weng clerked at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office.

Ms. Weng's areas of practice include bankruptcy, contract law and general litigation.

Ms. Weng has experience on bankruptcy matters before Federal District Courts and trial experience in both State and Federal Courts. Additionally, Ms. Weng has experience in motions practice, depositions and written discovery. Ms. Weng is licensed to practice in the State of California, including Federal Northern and Eastern Districts of California as well as all California State Courts.

Ms. Weng is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
