Sophie Mao

Sophie Mao received her L.L.B. from Nan Jing University after she got her bachelor degree in medical school. Sophie Mao was admitted to the National Bar of PRC in 1997. Prior to joining to Tsao-Wu, Chow & Yee LLP, Ms. Mao worked with local law firms in Zhuhai and Guangzhou for nearly eight years.

Sophie Mao specializes in all aspects of business law, including corporate law, contract law and labor law. She is experienced in providing legal advice on foreign direct investment in China.

Ms. Mao is a native Mandarin speaker. She is also fluent in English and proficient in Cantonese.
