Teddy Tsao-Wu

Teddy Tsao-Wu received his B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, his J.D. from the University of California at Hastings with a Tax Concentration and is a member of the California State Bar.

Mr. Tsao-Wu was a member of the Hastings International Law Journal while in law school. He has worked at the San Francisco District Attorney's office, the California Franchise Tax Board, Perkins Coie, LLP, and was a partner of the Sino Law Group before joining Tsao-Wu, Chow & Yee LLP.

Mr. Tsao-Wu's areas of expertise include corporate law, civil litigation, real estate, tax and personal injury.

Mr. Tsao-Wu heads Tsao-Wu, Chow & Yee LLP’s International practice. His client base includes publicly traded companies in China and Taiwan. Currently, among his significant representations are Tong Ren Tang (China), Welltend Technology Corporation (Taiwan), and Powertech Technology Inc. (Taiwan).

He is proficient in Mandarin and Shanghainese.
