Tsao-Wu, Chow & Yee LLP is an international law firm with four offices worldwide. We have three offices in California and one in China. We have been providing a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation services to our individual and corporate clients for over 30 years. Tsao-Wu, Chow & Yee LLP's main office is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, California in the historic Monadnock Building. We also have offices in San Jose, Fremont, and Guangzhou (China).

The expertise in litigation notwithstanding, the firm's primary practice philosophy is to provide realistic legal services: the best possible services for the client as efficiently as possible, and within a balanced framework of legal services, costs, timeliness, and favorable results for the client are all seriously considered. If a lawsuit is unavoidable, we are sensitive to the costs of litigation and the anxieties of our clients. We attempt to utilize alternative dispute resolution processes prior to and during litigation whenever possible. This does not compromise our aggressive representation of the client's interests. In the transactional sector, we are not only sensitive to the objectives and instructions of the client, but we also assist the client in reviewing all pertinent issues to the transaction and being creative yet practical in structuring them.
