ange of employment issues, as both employer defense counsel and employee pla=
intiff counsel. He has dealt with race, disability, and sexual discriminatio=
n case, as well as wage-claim, overtime, and wrongful termination issues. Mr=
. Ripamonti has helped employers defend against EEOC and DFEH investigations=
 and state Labor Board complaints, while also prosecuting employees' claims =
